PatientPop is accused of posting a fake review when a Boca Raton psychologist refused to hire the company.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2021 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Boca Raton psychologist says an online reputation management firm posted negative Google reviews when she refused to hire the company to manage patient feedback.
Dr. Samantha Saltz, known as “Dr. Sam,” was allegedly approached by a company by the name of “Patient Pop,” and representative Nora Feyl. According to the libel and slander suit just filed in Palm Beach County Circuit Court, Feyl tried to sell PatientPop’s services to Dr. Sam’s business. But Dr. Sam’s husband determined PatientPop didn’t offer anything his wife’s practice needed. He ended the discussion.
From the suit: “When Mr. Saltz explained that PatientPop was not going to be a good fit for Doctor Sam, Feyl became abrasive. Feyl never spoke or communicated with Dr. Samantha Saltz. Apparently 45 minutes after the call between Mr. Saltz and Feyl ended, Doctor Sam was notified that a one star review had been left on the Doctor Sam Google business listing by a ‘Jesse North.’ The review urged viewers to ‘stay away’ from the Doctor Sam practice,…
